Well i forgot to tell you guys i went to NY we didn’t exactly make it to the second round i kinda slipped which you we got points taken off.. but yea its ok.. or choreography was real nice… well the picture above are the 4couples that dance and the two backups.. either way we had lots of fun..

James River under the sun

It was so nice outside today. It was perfect weather to go lay around and catch some sun. That’s exactly what i did. I went to the James river with my boyfriend or ex boyfriend( i really don’tknow what to categorize him as.) But anyways i went with him. I never have been there before. I really haven’t been any where in Richmond except for this one time i went for a run and i came across maymount park? Yeah i never heard of that place either but i really like it. I really enjoyed today too. I layed on this huge flat rock under the sun. the sun actually was already setting but i caught some type of peace and quiet. My boyfriend was skipping rocks and doing push ups on the rocks. I think hes A.D.D because he cant lay down for one second. He always has to be moving and active. But anyways… u really enjoyed being there. I feel i have just found my quiet spot. I hope the days stay nice cuz i want to go back there again.

Tinkerbell

I love Tinkerbell. I was just looking at room( the room i live in by myself with no ROOMMATE!) oh yes..! my lamp is Tinkerbell my posters even the colors of my sheets are light green and creme yellow… Green in my favorite color like i told you guys in the beginning. I think she’s just too cute. He comments on her posters are just so true.. she has this perfect Lil figure and even better she’s a fairy. I want a tattoo of Tinker on my ankle just something real hot! and cute though. maybe i should get in on my back shoulder.. so i can hide it sometimes.. i know this is random its midnight and I’m talking about Tinkerbell…haha

well i was looking at my grades for my classes this semester…hmm they weren’t that pretty. Im around the b-c range. But then i have that d in math. EWWW! Math used to be my favorite subject but now i just don’t want to go to class. Its so fustrating. i barely understand my teacher.. if i don’tpass this class my mama is going to kick my ass.. Oh well especially if she finds out i dropped out of one class.. lol … damn imreally fucking up.. hopefully my other classes help me .. if i can get two A’s this semester it could save me a bit… im trying in all my other class just Math i kind of gave up there’s no hope for me. i know its sad…im taking English200 in summer school.. so hopefully by taking classes in the summer can help me stay on track.. i was forgetting i have to sign p for it.. let me get doing that………..c ya

This isn’t for all boys… Just the Majority.. ! lol why are guys so complicated? then they say its the girls fault. I don’t understand my Ex boyfriend. He’s so dramatic. He can be so mean but then when he needs a favor he’s fake about it and tries to suck up and expects me to actually do him the favor. In the beginning i thought it was cute so id go along with his game. But not anymore. I put up with too much so i just dumped him. That’s right…! i dumped him. He thought id never leave him blah blah blah… well i did… i don’t like people who think i really will put up with his shit..lol… i cant wait till this semester is done. JUST TWO MORE WEEKS!! then I’m going to Bolivia on may 18 and coming back June 6 .. then ill be working all summer.. i cant wait.. as for my ex.. he leaves to Puerto Rico .. so he’s more excited than me..lol .. i don’t care i lost feelings all there is .. is that physical attraction u know.. damn i can remember the time i was so all ABOUT HIM.. not anymore though.. his loss… not MINE!…

so im outside: April 17 2008. Its so Hot outside!. Like extremely especially with the fact that im wearing black jeans and a white shirt. I feel im attracting all the heat. i have my white sunglasses on. Im sitting outside the Grace Hall building which im sitting at a table ouside the commons. It feels relaxing just sitting here and observing VCU. Every ones wearing skirts and shorts and i feel im wearing sumthing ridiculous. I see this one guy who has smoke about three cigarettes now!.. isn’t he HOT?!.. well i smoke but really i smoke when its cold. I dotn understand them. There’s a lot of people out just laying in the grass trying to tan and others playing Frisbee? ha ha i haven’t played Frisbee in a long time. well I just finished with Biology i just took my quiz which i feel went pretty good.Now im waiting for my friend cari to get out of class and then we going to Shafer. Did u know shafer’s ice cream isn’t anymore the frozen yogurt junk? yeah its the creamy ice cream kind!.. i had some yesterday it was so good. Now i want to go get some. I have one more class left which is MATH 151.fun? No, not at all i have to take a TEST. One that i haven’t even study for. Well cari just got out of class so.. I’m heading to shafer for some ice cream ….

Caporales- Bolivia

“Caporales is a typical Bolivian dance. It is a legacy of the Spanish colony where caporales were Spaniards born in the colonies. After the Spaniards left both countries, caporales began as a dance to show that legacy. The dance however has a prominent religious aspect. One supposedly dances for The Virgin of Socavon (patroness of miners) and promises to dance for three years of one’s life. According to Researchers at the University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru, the caporales is a Bolivian dance that came from the Tundiki and Saya, Afro Andean dances of the Yungas region, Bolivia and were presented formally as caporales in the religious festival of Gran Poder, La Paz Bolivia en the 40′s by the Escalier family” (Wikipedia).

~NY Competition~

I’m so excited this week I’m going to NEW YORK!! I’m going for this dance competition. It’s not the type of dance your thinking its more like a folkloric dance. I’ve been involved with this group for about three years. It’s a Bolivian dance called CAPORALES. It’s a really popular thing in Northern VA. I haven’t seen anything like it here “down south.” I guess because there aren’t that many Bolivians in Richmond. Well anyways. These competitions are called SAYA’s and basically they have one in VA, NY, NJ. RI, and even FL. For the past month i have been going back home every weekend to practice and to learn the choreography. Now for this past week i have been going back and fourth. I’ve been driving 4 hours almost everyday. It sucks because of the price of Gas. But actually my car.. doesn’t us that much gas. That’s a good thing. I drive a Toyota corolla 96 and its red. Yeah i know it doesn’t sound HOT! lol. Hey .. don’t judge a book by its cover right..?! well back to NY, so i will be missing class because we are all leaving to NY. I’m so excited i really hope we win. There are like 4 other groups from VA going to NY and then there are about 8 other groups from like New York and New Jersey. When i come back ill post up pictures and the video … wish me luck!!

Exercise Science-Pre Physical Therapy

For those who don’t know yet i went from being a biology-pre med major to being a Exercise science-Pre Physical Therapy Major. It’s not a huge difference but i find physical therapy to be more interesting then Medicine. i guess the thing is i don’t want to find the cure for people i just want to treat it. Anyways I’m more interested in the human body. I think its because I’m really into sports and Ive always wondered about my muscles and how they work.

Ever since i was a little girl Ive wanted to be a doctor. I guess in a way i still be a Doctor just a different kind. Im pretty satisfied with this path so lets see where it takes me…

Ive never heard this before until my friend told me it. She said she heard it in a destiny child’s song. But when she said it to me she basically described the way i was feeling at that point. To tell you the truth i still feel this way!.. i know a lot of people are feeling this way right now because i know I’m not the only one. Have you ever had anyone take u for granted. Well i have. I am having someone take advantage of the fact that I’m so nice and don’t ask for anything in return. I don’t understand why people don’t realize what they have when its right in front of them. I’m sitting in my room thinking about this. Have i ever done this to someone? taken advantage of someones kindness? This goes back to my journal about how i despise fake people. This is my new quote. I always come across these quotes that i can relate to. Who comes up with them?
